Founded in 1976, Social Action Ministries (SAM) works with people of diverse religious and ethical commitments to end homelessness through education, advocacy and collaboration. Now a program of the Massachusetts Housing and Shelter Alliance (MHSA), SAM encourages the involvement of religious and non-religious communities in supporting permanent solutions to homelessness.
